We've had a very naked week. I went back on my "done with diapers" decree when she was having more accidents on the floor than successes in the toilet. But then a couple days into re-diaper-dom, she asked to wear nothing at all. So we had a nakedy day, and she had no accidents. Then the next day we also had a nakedy day; no accidents. The day after that, nothing either. So, we've become a sort of nudist colony around here and are saving dollars every day on diapers! It's very exciting for us parents, and she's loving the licorice she gets as potty treats. I think she's a little proud of herself too.
Throw in a girls basketball game at the college, a handful of playdates with friends, and a newfound obsession with turning the couch cushions into a fort or tunnel, and you've got yourself a week in the Collins household.
Oh, and she's still working on her states puzzle, but has started asking me the capitals of each one before she places it in. So I guess I'll be learning my state capitals next. Having a child is so educational!
